Naked and Famous - Cocktail

 

Background Info

• 0.75 oz. mezcal
• 0.75 oz. Aperol
• 0.75 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
• 0.75 oz. lime juice

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for eight to 10 seconds. 
2. Strain off the ice into a cocktail glass or coupe, and garnish with a lime wheel or nothing at all.

Cardboard Plane

• 1 oz. bourbon
• 0.75 oz. Cointreau
• 0.5 oz. Amaro Meletti
• 0.75 oz. lemon juice
• 0.5 oz. grapefruit juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin and shake hard on ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
