- 3/4 ounce Nonino Quintessentia amaro
- 3/4 ounce Aperol
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker three-quarters filled with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
